Returns and refund policy
Liquidation pallets are sold as-is, which is how wholesale liquidation works. We describe every lot as clearly as we can, and if a pallet is not what we described, we will make it right. This page explains what is covered and how to reach us.

What "as-is" means
Pallets can include overstock, shelf pulls and customer returns. Condition and contents vary from lot to lot. Items may be new, open-box or used, and some may be damaged, untested or missing parts or accessories. Photos show the type of merchandise and may not show the exact pallet you receive. Ask for a manifest in your quote request and we will tell you whether one is available.
When we will make it right
Contact us if:
- You received a different pallet from the one you ordered.
- The pallet is materially different from how we described it in your quote or listing.
- Your shipment arrived damaged. We will help you document the claim, and you should note the damage with the carrier at delivery.
What is not covered
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse.
- Resale results, price changes or market demand after purchase.
- Normal variation in condition, brands, models or quantities within the type of lot described.
- Individual items that are used, damaged, untested or missing parts, which is typical for liquidation merchandise.
- Damage that happens after delivery.
- Orders that could not be received because of delivery access problems.
How to report a problem
- Contact us promptly after delivery by email or phone, with your order or quote reference.
- Send clear photos or a short video of the pallet and packaging as received, and describe the problem.
- Keep the pallet and packaging as they are until we reply.
We review each case and will get back to you with next steps. Do not ship anything back unless we have authorized it in writing.
Refunds, credits and replacements
When a claim is approved, we will make it right. Depending on the situation, that can mean correcting the order, a credit toward a future order or a refund. Approved refunds go back through the original payment method where possible.
Changes and cancellations
A quote is not an order until you accept it and your payment is received. To change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually only change an order before it is released to the freight carrier.
Buying smart with as-is pallets
- Start with a category you already know how to sell.
- Ask for the manifest before you buy.
- Budget for freight, sorting and testing time.
- Once you know a lot suits your business, scale up to multiple pallets or a truckload.
