Terms and conditions

We sell merchandise in bulk, wholesale lots such as pallets and truckloads, mainly for resale. Buyers may be businesses or individuals.

Listings on this site are not offers to sell and there is no online checkout. To buy, you send a quote request. Prices shown as "starting at" are a guide, and your final price is confirmed in your quote. A quote shows your price, freight cost and payment details. A quote is not an order until you accept it and we receive your payment. Availability is not reserved until we receive payment. We may decline or cancel an order, and if we do we will refund any amount you paid for it.

Prices are in US dollars unless your quote says otherwise. We accept the payment methods listed in your quote, such as bank or wire transfer or a payment link. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, payment must be received before an order ships. Sales tax is charged where required by law. If you are buying for resale, tell us in your quote request and we will let you know what documentation we need.

Merchandise is sold as-is. Pallets can include overstock, shelf pulls and customer returns, and condition and contents vary. Items may be new, open-box or used, and some may be damaged, untested or missing parts or accessories. Photos and descriptions show the type of merchandise and may not show the exact pallet you receive. A manifest may be available for some lots on request. Manifests and descriptions are provided in good faith, and quantities, models and condition can vary.

We ship by freight to addresses in the United States and Canada, and pickup may be available for some orders. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Unless your quote says otherwise, risk of loss passes to you when we hand the shipment to the carrier. Inspect your shipment at delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt. Returns, claims and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

You agree to give us accurate information, to use our site and merchandise lawfully, and to follow all laws that apply to your resale, including product safety, recalls, labeling, tax and import rules. You are responsible for checking, testing and preparing items before you resell them. For Canadian orders, you are responsible for customs clearance, duties, taxes and brokerage fees unless your quote says otherwise.

Retailer and brand names appear only to describe the type of merchandise in a pallet. They are trademarks of their respective owners, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them. You may not present yourself as affiliated with any brand or retailer because you bought from us.

Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not copy, scrape or resell our content, interfere with the site, or try to gain unauthorized access. The site's text, design and images are owned by us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.

Reviews and other content you send us must be truthful and based on your own experience. By submitting a review you allow us to display it on this site. We may decline to publish content that is false, abusive, unlawful or from someone who is not a buyer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and all merchandise are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost sales or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, losses and costs that result from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site or merchandise, or your violation of any law.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, supplier problems, labor disputes, government action or disruptions to transport networks.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable United States federal law. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date posted on this page.
