Freight shipping for wholesale pallets
We ship wholesale pallets by freight across the United States and Canada. Because freight depends on where your order is going, every order is quoted individually, so you see your exact shipping cost before you pay.
Where we ship
We deliver by freight to addresses in the United States and Canada. Pickup may also be available for some orders: choose Pickup on the quote form and we will confirm the details with your quote.
How shipping works, step by step
- Request a quote. Tell us the pallet or pallets you want, your delivery location and whether you need freight delivery or pickup.
- Receive your quote. Your quote by email shows the price, the freight cost to your location, the carrier and estimated transit time where available, and how to pay.
- Pay. Use one of the payment methods listed in your quote.
- We ship. Your order is prepared and handed to the freight carrier, and we share tracking or delivery details when they are available.
How freight is priced
Freight cost depends on your location, the number and size of the pallets, the type of delivery, and the carrier. Shipping to a commercial address with a loading dock is usually simpler and often costs less than residential delivery, so tell us which one you have.
Save on freight by ordering more together
Ordering several pallets at once can often bring your freight cost per pallet down, and a full truckload is the most efficient way to move volume. If you buy in bulk, list every pallet you want on one quote request and we will quote them together.
Help us quote your delivery correctly
Include these details in your quote request so your freight quote is accurate:
- Full delivery address with ZIP or postal code.
- Whether the address is commercial or residential.
- Whether you have a loading dock or forklift.
- Whether you need a liftgate truck or inside delivery.
- Any delivery appointment needs or receiving hours.
Receiving your pallet
- Check the shipment before you sign. Look at the pallet and packaging while the driver is present.
- Note any visible damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before you sign.
- Take clear photos of the pallet and packaging as delivered.
- Contact us promptly after delivery if something is wrong. Photos and a short description help us resolve it quickly.
Pallets are heavy and bulky. Arrange equipment and help to unload safely.
Shipping to Canada
We ship to Canada by freight. Customs clearance, duties, taxes and brokerage fees for cross-border orders are the buyer's responsibility unless your quote says otherwise. Cross-border shipments can take longer than domestic ones because of border processing. Give us accurate delivery and contact details so your carrier can clear the shipment smoothly.
Delivery timing
Transit time depends on the carrier, the distance and the delivery type. Your quote states the estimated timing for your order.
Pickup orders
If pickup is available for your order, we will confirm the location, the time and what to bring in your quote.
